Cocoa Butter (Dozen)

Cocoa butter comes from the cacao bean which is found inside the cocoa pod that grows on from the cacao tree. These seeds are fermented in banana leaves, dried, roasted and pressed to release the vegetable fat from the beans. This fat is what we know as cocoa butter. Our Organic Cocoa Butter is pure and rich, solid butter full of naturally beneficial nutrients. It has a solid mass of light yellow color and a sweet, chocolatey aroma. 

Cocoa butter is high in antioxidants, which help fight off free radicals that cause signs of aging.  Cocoa butter is widely used for  stretch mark creams and products to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks.  The high fatty acids content in Cocoa butter also allows it to deeply hydrate the skin and nourish it deeper below the surface. It makes a wonderful ingredient in lotion bars, lip balms, body butters, and soaps. Our unrefined cocoa butter is Grade A and 100% pure without any additives or any form of refinements.
